We are now accepting Expressions of Interest as we build our foundation of 300 independent shareholders on the road to our ASX IPO. This forms part of our strategic plan to have 300 engaged & passionate investors on the journey with us as we prepare to meet the ASX requirements to IPO. We want our regular shareholder meetings to be a place to meet our team, rub shoulders with like minded investors & build a community working towards the one vision.

Why the 300?

ASX requires a minimum of 300 independent shareholders at listing. We are using this milestone not just to raise capital — but to recruit capability, relationships, and high-performance leadership across the country. Our vision is to become Australia’s #1 growth civil and sustainable materials group — and that requires great people at the table.

ASX Listing Rule 1.1 Condition 7

Requires that, at the time of listing, a company must have: At least 300 non-affiliated shareholders, each holding a parcel of shares worth at least $2,000 (based on the IPO issue price) These must be non-related investors (i.e., not directors, founders, major shareholders, or their associates).

Why This Exists

ASX wants: A wide base of real public investors, Genuine market liquidity when trading begins to avoid a situation where only insiders hold the stock.

ASX Listing Rule 1.1 Condition 8

Free Float Requirement: The company must have at least 20% of its shares held by unrelated public investors (the “free float”).
