Marco Fabrizio

Starting originally as a concreter, Marco worked his way up to become CEO of Heworth Construction and Lend Build HLB, a construction fund financing first mortgage debt and delivering projects. At just 24, he expanded the business in four years to achieve $300M in annual turnover. From there he founded Quay Financial Partners, a specialist debt and equity advisory firm that has successfully settled over $3B in property transactions. Throughout his career, Marco has delivered over 5,000 apartments and attracted both high-net-worth and institutional capital.
Marco has also served as Chief Investment Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee at Conquest, a private equity real estate firm, where he was instrumental in driving investment strategies and repositioning the group from a builder-developer into a PE real estate firm. With concrete at the core of his career, deep industry ties, and strong financial acumen, Marco unlocks high-value opportunities that bring immense strength to the Sustainable Concrete Group.
